 At the opening ceremony on Thursday 10 October, was cut the ribon by the AMSP's general manager Eva Svobodová, CzechTourism's general manager Jan Herget and Maria Wohlrabová, the director of the trade and housing trade fairs team.

This year’s trade fair at PVA EXPO PRAHA will again present a number of brands which will showcase designer products and new trends. For the very first time the featured brands will include ZHENG Store, a company selling unique interior and exterior products of fine design. Collaborating with prominent Chinese designers, the brand’s philosophy is to make luxury living available to everyone.

Ever so often, many of us are trying to find new ways to make our lives better – we wish to improve our living, our health, our relationships with people around us. All this may be possible by transforming the environment we live in as a whole. The environment around us is constantly developing and transforming, and this applies also to our home.

For the first time ever, this year’s autumn trade fair will feature a relaxing Boho café designed by the team of the Nové Proměny Bydlení magazine. Apart from taking a relaxing break there, the visitors may also treat themselves to delicious coffee and home-made desserts. Furthermore, the café will be the venue of various featured events, talks and workshops, such as how to make decorations using the Macramé knotting technique

The topic of good and healthy sleep continues to be very relevant and popular among the visitors, which is why it will again be included in the autumn FOR INTERIOR. There are no foolproof charts for which colours to use, how to use them and where. It is not advisable to follow general principles, as every space is different and every person perceives colours differently. If there were any precise rules for using colours, interior designers’ recommendation would be: “BREAK THE RULES!”
